Just saw that I got the cover of the newest issue of
Act Snowboarding, a cool French snowboard magazine.
The photo was shot in
Vars, France on a
Thirty Two demo tour we did throughout Europe last year. The frame was already printed and I had to do a trick within the frame. We ended up with a handplant on a tree with some branch crashing and light/snow explosion.

I loved the idea of shooting a cover with no photoshopping involved.
It took quite some time to get the frame right, but it was really fun
seeing how they tweaked a pretty set standard for how you're supposed to
do a magazine cover.
Thanks Act, Remi and David!

Hey Danny,
Thank you very much for your comments. And thanx again for your inspiration on the spot. We are very proud to have produced this cover with you.
Bye.
David
Hey that's awesome! The cover looks fantastic. It's interesting how many small or niche snowboarding magazines/blogs/etc are out there. I just started snowboarding but love the snowboarding culture. Anyway, good luck!
